First Step: The Estimate

Owner Brett Roman, will personally meet with you to discuss your home remodeling, design, building needs and requirements. He will provide expertise and advice to ensure all facets of the project are considered. We can incorporate the latest options in materials and styles used across the industry to ensure that your expectations are met to the highest of standards. We use several local showrooms that offer numerous choices for your home, remodeling and/or building needs.

Roman General Contracting will develop a personalized estimate, review any additional design options, and personally assist you in making your final decision. Our estimates are detailed, thorough, and explain the full scope of work. If the services of an architect are required, we will set up a design agreement as needed.

Second Step: The Contract

Once you have decided on the final design, Roman General Contracting will prepare the contract covering the scope of work, cost and schedule based on your desired start date. We will also provide an earned value management outline and payment schedule.

Third Step: Construction

Once you select a project start date, sit back and relax... the rest is in our capable professional hands! Brett and our staff are personally involved throughout all phases of project construction. You will be given schedule updates and project status to keep you informed on the progress. We look forward to working with you!
